AnAn independent lil bakery pumping out an assortment of freshly baked goodies that will please everyone in the group. Everything has that baked from scratch taste and feel. Their donuts are to die for and if time it just right n get them fresh out the fryer hot they are pure sin! All their desserts are amazing and their fruit fillings taste fresh and natural. A gem in CT for sure!...the staff can get overwhelmed at times with volume so double check orders and have patience during peak hours.

Found a bakery that we enjoy to experience for our sweet tooth!! Cinnamon and sugar donuts are so Addicting. Love the Italian bread the best ever...Overall everything that we tried was delicious, but the customer service needs improvement, just saying..

Friend of mine Patrick told me about them. Took me over and I had their cinnamon donut. Loved it. Will be going back to try their glazed donut and chocolate glazed.

They always have the BEST fresh baked goods! I ordered a day ahead of time and picked it up at 7 AM for my work meeting! Only issue was one breakfast sandwich missing, and they charged me for it, but when I called back to let them know, they refunded me the money! Will DEFINITELY be returning!

Heard alot about this place . First time going. I ordered a boston cream. The price was on point about less then a dollar and was tastey. I also ordered sausage egg and cheese. I thought the price was a bit high for 4.50. It came on a roll and thin sausage patty and a looked to be fake egg very thin, no flavor or anything . All together it took up bearly half of the roll . You mostly eat bread with this sandwich . Pretty disappointing .

The staff is incredibly sweet & helpful. They were able to facilitate getting wonderful baked goods in the middle of this pandemic with the focus on keeping customers safe. Amazing Italian bread and fabulous donuts. My family has come here for decades, and so grateful we could continue during these difficult times.

Best Donuts around! Whenever family comes into town they always insist we get some donuts for breakfast from here. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious too. None of that frozen fast food junk either... It's a real fried egg with sausage or bacon and cheese.

Anything you want here in this bakery, you can get: I am a cookie monster, so I absolutely love their wide selection of cookies. Pies, cakes, Italian pastries, cupcakes and more. The grilled cornbread is fantastic. Also breakfast and pizza slices...much more. Best bakery anywhere! Get there, everyone ❤

One of the best glazed donuts! It melts in your mouth

Been going to Brooklyn since the original building in the Brooklyn section of Waterbury. Today was the first day I didn't leave a tip, because of the person serving me. Think how long I've been going there, that should tell you how rude this employee was. If you don't want to be there, don't . On top of that I ate a Boston cream doughnut, must be a new Baker. Doughnut was doughy and very little filling, not what you would except from Brooklyn.

BEST GRILLED CHEESE!! Fresh bread YUM! Their donuts go in for a dozen come out with 2 they're that good 1 wont be enough! Their pastry are delicious too. And the have the best brand muffins definitely NOT dry!! Weather you live near by or are just flying down 84 GET OFF THE EXIT and stop at Brooklyn Bakery you wont be sorry!!

Outstanding bakery in lack luster strip mall. Would never have found this hidden gem on my own, went with my brother, who is a huge fan. Delicious mini Boston cream pie, done perfectly! The most flavorful and fresh donuts, melt in your mouth. A little history lesson with your treats see storyboard and original bakers tables repurposed as customer seating. Breads and rolls looked fresh and tempting. Prices very reasonable.

Best donuts I’ve ever had. Bavarian creme is my favorite. Creme puffs are to die for... I have to bring a dozen donuts to every family function now... but it’s so delicious! Not expensive.

Patient, friendly service. I was getting dessert for work and was very undecided in what I was getting. They were very understanding and pressure me into a decision.

My wife and I have been to highly regarded doughnut shops around the country (our guilty pleasure when traveling), and I can honestly say these were the best I've ever had. These doughnuts aren't made to be twitter posted. They were created to be devoured. I had to force myself to put a doughnut down when I realized I was about to eat my 3rd within a 10 minute span. It's all in the dough folks. Too good.

I have been in here a multitude of times and it is always delicious today there was a small issue and they promptly corrected the order with a great attitude and I will be returning.

Try their donuts and you'll never want one from Dunkin Donuts again. There's no comparison; these are on a whole different playing field. We get the Boston Cream ones for birthday breakfasts and other special occasions.Their baked goods are delicious.

Ok..this is a tough review to write. The service is very quick . The bread and donuts are delicious BUT the cupcakes are dry as sawdust...awful. The pastries are not that good. But seriously, who ever makes their cupcakes...please do better!!

I have been trying out different dounut shops in CT for a long time but none come close to these donuts. and the price is less than any other and the quality and taste is much more. Breakfast sandwiches are very good as well!

There's a woman who works here who is rude and miserable and blatantly disrespectful towards the customers. She will actually look at you as you approach the counter and then walk away. She will NOT return to tend to you and will steer clear of the counter until someone else helps you. She has done this to me and my family on NUMEROUS occasions and the worst part is, once you’ve been served by another employee, she comes back and quickly calls for the next customer to submit their order. She is just plain old unhappy with her job, NOW the baked goods, cookies, donuts are OUTRAGEOUSLY GOOD. The only stale item on the menu is the rude women at the register.

Visited this historic and beloved local Waterbury bakery the other day. Amazing selection of fresh baked breads and pastries. Egg and grilled cheese sandwiches and a BLT are also available for diners.
